The Heights is the largest modern-day investment in Saint Paul’s Greater East Side, rooted in community and shaped by a bold, shared vision. From the beginning, local voices have guided every step of this redevelopment, ensuring it honors the strength, culture and history of the neighborhood. In 2024, The Heights served as the centerpiece of the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, bringing national attention and hundreds of volunteers to help build homes.
