A Community Celebration
Join us for Meet Me at The Heights, a community block party celebrating the progress, partnerships and people shaping this transformational redevelopment on Saint Paul’s Greater East Side.
The event is free and open to the public! Enjoy free local food, dessert and family-friendly activities including:
- Live music with Twin Cities Road Crew
- Saint Paul Park’s climbing wall
- Matoskah, Bear-Larp District’s friendly mascot
- The chance to connect with neighbors old and new
- And much more!
We’ll also celebrate a major milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for phase one of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity’s new homes at The Heights.

Walk, Skip or Run
For those strolling into the block party from the neighborhood, the best place to enter is at Cottage Avenue E and Winthrop Street N.
There are currently no bike racks at The Heights at this time.
Wheels Welcome
For those driving to the site, enter The Heights development along McKnight Road N at Arlington Avenue E. Follow the signs for designated parking areas.
Site Visitor Waiver
By attending the block party, attendees are acknowledging that it is taking place in an active construction site and that construction-related hazards may be present nearby. Attendees understand that participating in the event may involve risks, including injury, illness, property damage or other loss and assume all responsibilities and any risks, known or unknown, arising from their attendance.
In consideration for their attendance at the event, I agree to hold harmless the Saint Paul Port Authority and its staff, guests, or otherwise from any loss, damage, liability, and expense that may be incurred as a result of injuries, including death to persons or damage to property, associated with their attendance the event.
Attendees must remain in designated event areas and follow all posted signs and instructions from event and site personnel. Attendees are responsible for supervising any children accompanying them.
Photo and Video Release
By attending the block party, attendees understand that photographs and video or audio recordings may be taken during the event. Attendees give the Saint Paul Port Authority permission to use their image, likeness, voice and recordings without compensation.
Attendees also understand that this release applies to any minor children accompanying them.
Site Visitor Waiver
By attending the block party, attendees are acknowledging that it is taking place on a finished portion of an active construction site and that construction-related hazards may be present nearby. Attendees understand that participating in the event may involve risks, including injury, illness, property damage or other loss.
Attendees voluntarily assume these risks and, to the extent permitted by law, release and hold harmless the property owner, contractors, subcontractors, event organizers, and their respective employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims arising from attendance or participation, except for claims that cannot legally be waived.
Attendees must agree to remain in designated event areas and follow all posted signs and instructions from event and site personnel. Attendees are responsible for supervising any children accompanying them.

By attending the block party, attendees understand that photographs and video or audio recordings may be taken during the event. Attendees give the Released Parties permission to use their image, likeness, voice and recordings for community, project, promotional or other lawful purposes without compensation.
Attendees also understand that this release applies to any minor children accompanying them.
